This is the 2nd album from the Wrocław, Poland group, and quite impressive as was the first, 'Lemanis'. Big cosmic expansions of guitar sound await you. The mix has both guitarists panned hard left and right (but of course?) on the spacey tripped out sections, which gives a nice effect when sitting close to the speakers. The tone is like maple syrup left on the stove too long, thick and sweet. But it's all about the riffs too right? SpaceSlug delivers there too, driving rhythms and monolith riffage are found on tracks like 'The Great Pylon Collider'. Excellent stuff. Album Rating: Reviewed by: Wolfie ©2017 ForestOfHeavy.com
