I'm never really sure what I'm going to be getting from Steve Austin and Today is the Day. And as Kiss the Pig proves, Austin's thought process of what blast beats and brutal music is, is really far from what it should be. T.I.T.D really haven't made any huge leaps in musical style or performance, as they sound lost here and aged for that matter. I am a huge fan of Steve Austin but his guitar sound and distorted vocals have gotten tired, he needs to take all that time and effort and put it into a real album, not something that he needed to do to finish out his contract. If this record was a band's first album, I couldn't see them having much future. Thank God for Cult like status.
