There was some tasteful synth (more akin to Weakling, than say Emporer). I could see fans of Ludicra, Wolves In the Throneroom, and Asunder digging this. There are some mellower parts and some faster, angular melodies. I find myself listening to this quite a bit lately, as it stays interesting on multiple listens.
