This is arguably the best C.O.C. album ever. I do wish the production was a bit rawer, heavier, it lacks an edge, but song-wise this is C.O.C. at their best. Pepper and Woody serve up Sabbath-dipped southern fried riffs with grooves that go for days. Lyrical metaphors in "It Is That Way", and "Dirty Hands Empty Pockets" burn with the same sense of urgency that 1991's "Vote With A Bullet" did...and we need it. "Infinite War" features Woody's vocal debut, a classic C.O.C. tune if ever there was. My favorite has to be "So Much Left Behind", which has killer riffs. "In The Arms Of God" is one of the heaviest tracks, check out the riff at the end...daaaaamn. Definate horns up for the outro to "World On Fire", couldn't get more metal than that. While I do prefer the version of "It Is That Way" on High Volume - The Stoner Rock Collection to the version that ended up on this album, there really isn't one bad track on here.
